Ingredients:
- 1/4 c. Milk
- 1/3 c. Sour Cream
- 1 Lime squeezed
- 1/2 pkg. of Taco Seasoning
- Salt and Ground Pepper to taste
- 1 Diced red bell pepper
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can of black beans
- 1/4 red onion diced
- 1 avocado diced* (optional- I don't normally put this in)
Combine milk, sour cream, lime, taco seasoning, salt and pepper. Add diced vegetables and chill. Serve with chips or crackers.
